- Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 working days.
- Shipping Methods: Most US orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Flats. USPS Priority Mailis available as an upgrade for domestic orders. International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Airmail (where available).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated by order weight, so you’ll only pay the actual shipping cost when purchasing multiple items.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping service selected and destination. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Where I Ship: I ship within the United States and internationally.
- Tracking & Insurance: All US orders include tracking. International sticker and patch orders are shipped without tracking to help keep shipping costs affordable.
- Delays & Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow an additional 2–3 days, as USPS occasionally scans packages as delivered before they arrive. If your order still hasn’t turned up after that, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
- Holiday Shipping: During busy periods, especially the holiday season, please allow extra time for delivery in line with USPS seasonal service updates.
